This particular home had not been washed for many many years. It had not only regular organic growth on the siding, but also had lichen as well. Lichen is very sticky, and roots down making it very difficult to remove normally. In order to tackle this issue, we had to apply our House Washing solution to each side of the house, being careful to not let it dry before the rinse with the pressure washer on a low setting, sub 200 psi. The House Washing proprietary blend eliminates all organic growth at the root, causing it to release from the surface, letting us wash it off delicately with low pressure ensuring no damage comes to the home.
