This was a complete House Washing project in Cynthiana, KY. When we arrived on site we noticed the organic algae, mold, and mildew growing on and behind their vinyl siding, and gutters. Immediately we recommended a full Soft Wash House Washing to ensure the safety and integrity of their home.

We started applying our premium algaecide at around 100-300 PSI to the outside of their home. Specifically their brick, vinyl siding, and gutters. A Pressure Washing of their vinyl instead would have brought damage to the surface, pushed water behind their siding, and overall degraded the value of the home. These are some of the reasons why a Soft Washing method was utilized on this particular project. This method ensures no damage comes to the home, and no water is pushed behind the siding.

After we applied our premium algaecide to each side of the home, we let it dwell, then gave each side a healthy rinse with water to remove our solution from the surface. Eliminating all algae, mold, and mildew at the root and leaving it unable to spread via spores like Pressure Washing would do in this situation. There is a time and place to utilize Pressure Washing however Soft Washing was the method of choice for many reasons in this case.
